Carol provided an informational session to our group. She could answer all the questions we had. I heard comments from our members that Carol really showed she cared about people and wanted to make sure, they understood insurance requirements.
Carol also went over fraud and abuse, so we know what to look for in medical bills. We usually have people leave early in our group and everyone stayed until the end. Everyone asked for handouts on who to call if they had concerns and asked for multiple business cards, so they could share the information with their friends and family.
